The bar offers a wide range of Irish and foreign drinks particular favorites being Jamesons Whiskey, Guiness and Kilkenny beers. Food is also available, the menu includes probably the only Irish Stew and full Irish Breakfast on any menu in Athens

From time to time special events are held at Molly Malone's, there was live Irish music at St. Patrick's weekend, all the six nations rugby matches were shown live and many other sporting events will be on view during the year.
